Overnight Coffee banana Oats!

 Want something to eat that's easy & healthy and at the same time, tastes like heaven!!! 
If your answer is yes, then let's dive in and make one of my favorite breakfast dishes, Overnight Coffe-Banana Oats! :)




Ingredients: (Serves one person)

  1. Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  2. Banana - 1
  3. Strawberry - 5-6 chopped into small pieces
  4. espresso shot - 1
  5. Milk - 4 tbsp
  6. Honey - 1 tbsp
  7. Yogurt - 2 tbsp (preferably greek yogurt)
  8. Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  9. Oats - 1/3 cup

Method:

  1. Take a big bowl, then add the banana and mash it with a fork. 
  2. Add Oats, an espresso shot, milk, honey, Chia seeds, & vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Keep it overnight!
  4. Next morning, take a jar (in which you'll eat) add the mixture, then a layer of yogurt, and then strawberries, and then repeat the same process.
  5. Top the jar with strawberries and enjoy!!! :)
P.S.: Instead of strawberries, you can choose nuts (preferably pecan nuts, almonds, or raisins) or any other berries or dark choco-chips or Peanut butter with some chopped Walnuts!
